Oslo, it's all in the weather

Oslo is a place where people talk primarily about the weather: it is a daily ritual to announce it, discuss it, and face it, in it's freezing glory. It has been fun to dress in woolies after such a long time in the heat and of course now that we are heading back to an Australian summer.
Hege and Matt have been fantastic and we have been here for Ella's first birthday which is very special.
The Kroner is extreme and we are getting a little worried about money; Matt and Hege won't let us pay for anything but we don't want them to regret inviting us. It will be fine, I'm sure - we are trying to cook dinner every second night so as not to be pains - but they are so NICE and loving and we feel very lucky again to be here and be so cared for.
